Golden Gate (Part II)

So you may remember a few entries ago (okay, a year and a half ago) I wrote about finally seeing the Golden Gate Bridge after 3 trips to San Francisco. Well, my fiance went to SF with me this year, and since he had never been before I thought we would go see the Golden Gate. No use him getting made fun of like I had been! So, we get in the car and drive over the bridge. We even took a picture for proof. Can you find the bridge???

Long Time

Wow! It had been so long since I've posted that I forgot my password! Oops! No excuses. I would think about posting... I just never did. Why do we do that?

New Job

Apparently Mr. Mouse has decided he doesn't like being batted around by my cat. Apparently he doesn't like being carried in her mouth, nor tossed.

I was helping a friend with her resume tonight. I go to my stash of resume paper so I can send her home with some. I pull it out, and there lies Mr. Mouse. I think he wants a new job. What about you?

I'm Too Young to Forget

It's amazing how quickly two people can forget something they agreed to remember not 5 minutes earlier...

A friend and I started carpooling to work this week. Monday morning we're walking from our parking garage to our office when we see this big sign on the walkway above the road. It's a big questionmark with a URL listed underneath.

Being the curious people we are, we each make a mental note of the URL. What is going on? What's the big questionmark for? We were on a mission to find out!

Well, go figure, the plan didn't work. No sooner than we get inside, I'm calling her asking her what the URL was. She was emailing me asking me the same thing. Oops! We both forgot.

We eventually figured out the big mystery, but believe me... I'm too young to be this forgetful!

Meet the Parents

Is anyone else out there nervous when it comes to that point in a relationship when you "meet the parents"? I mean, come on! You like this person. I mean REALLY like them! You've got them fooled into thinking you're something special! Now they're getting a second opinion (in a manner of speaking). Just great! What if you don't like their parents? Or worse, what if they don't like YOU?

Well, I did just that earlier this month. I went out to Maryland with Rob to meet his family. I'm so happy I did and am so glad it went well. :) I love his family, and according to Rob, they approve of me (dare I say I get the impression they even LIKE me)! Whew! A few more people fooled... Now for the rest of the world... ;-)

Church Mouse

Mr. Mouse sure has traveled in the past couple of weeks! I guess his most interesting stopping point was church! Mr. Mouse ended up being packed (unknown because he was in a pair of shoes), then, once found, put into a jacket pocket. This jacket just so happened to be the jacket I wore to my nephew & niece's baby dedication at church. I guess Mr. Mouse decided he needed to be blessed in case Tigg caught him off guard...

Missing!

The green mouse has gone missing! (Go figure. I can tell you where any of Tigg's other mice can be found.) Any ideas/suggestions where Mr. Mouse could be???
